He has led multiple large-scale management system conversions, including HawkSoft, EZLynx, QuickBooks to NetSuite, and Applied Epic, giving him a deep understanding of technology’s role in agency growth and compliance.
In his leadership roles, John has built and managed high-performing finance teams, implemented process improvements, and guided businesses through major system transformations. His background includes serving as VP of Finance at Highstreet Insurance Services West and CFO of Simmons Insurance Group, where he oversaw financial planning, M&A strategy, and operational efficiency.
